New ..... Much is done by Plumpton College and the High Weald AONB Unit to encourage school parties to visit farms. As an extension to this, Plumpton have joined the “Forest Schools” initiative, allowing children, either as a school class group or as part of an after school club, to come and have a learning experience based on survival skills, cooking food in the open and even making a Harry Potter wand from the correct tree species. Special taster day for teachers and other educators 1st March.
