Sussex offers a wealth of delicious farm and hand crafted food from pigs, cattle and sheep reared with exceptional caring animal husbandry from these animals wonderful tasty and healthy produce is made including, handmade sausages, dry cured and smoked bacon, free range eggs, milk, cream and yoghurt processed on the farm, apple juice and in season; tomatoes, raspberries, strawberries, apples, plums and pears. There are over 60 different types of cheese made in Sussex and a wonderful array of james, mustards and sauces. Bring these ingredients together and we have a with stories to tell about artisan producers, caring animal husbandry, and the beautiful Sussex landscape.
